I was watching a show the other day about the art of the orator. It showed the techniques of Barack Obama and Winston Churchill among others, and how these people instruct and inspire with their speeches. What it got me wondering was what makes a truly great speech? The content obviously is a massive part of it, but how big a role does the delivery play? Ans what is your favourite speech (political or otherwise) of all time?
